Who we are

Foxhound Security & Development Consultants Limited, Harrison House, 3rd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi (P.O. Box 40953 – 00100), is the data controller for the details you submit here, under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect and why

Your name, work email, optional phone number, organisation, sector, the services you are interested in and any message you send. We use them only to respond to your enquiry, including one confirmation email when you submit the form, and to contact you about Foxhound's trust services. We do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

We do not store your IP address or browser details with your enquiry, and this site uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts.

Lawful basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a customer. Customer records are then handled under our subscriber agreement and Certification Practice Statement.

Where it is stored

On servers we operate, hosted with OVHcloud in Canada, so your details are stored outside Kenya. Enquiry notifications pass through our email provider.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, by writing to privacy@foxhound.co.ke. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), Kenya.
